In this two hour workshop, Ms. Robbins will discuss what
ADD/ADHD is, how it can affect one’s life, and ways to managing it through
organizational skills, time management, techniques to decrease distractions,
and systems for managing one’s life.
Attention-Deficit/Hyperacitivty Disorder can cause many difficulties for
adults either at work, at home, in relationships, or in school. Rebecca Robbins works with adults with ADD/ADHD to help them
get the most out of life. If
participants of the workshop would like to learn more or obtain more support,
Ms. Robbins will be providing a seven week skills/support group for adults with
ADHD on Thursdays from 7-8:30pm in San
Francisco starting on January 19th, 2012.
Rebecca Robbins is a certified Educational Therapist with over five years of experience working with AD/HD and dyslexic children and adults. Rebecca holds a California CLAD Teaching Credential, is a certified CHADD parent-to-parent instructor, and is the San Francisco chair for the advocacy organization CHADD. Rebecca Robbins is an insightful, compassionate problem-solver who loves working with her diverse clientele of energetic, dynamic thinkers. She’s proud to offer a holistic practice that balances mainstream techniques with a well- developed sense of play to help clients reach their goals.
